As part of international Inter Faith Week, the religious symbols associated with some of the major world religions have been painted on the glass doors throughout the school. The paintings provide a focal point within the school in a week dedicated to building good relationships and partnerships between people of different faiths and beliefs around the world.
Inter Faith Week is an opportunity to celebrate diversity and commonality among all faiths and none. It is also an opportunity for inter faith learning, interaction, cooperation and integration.
During this week the aim is to strengthen good inter faith relations at all levels, increasing awareness of the different and distinct faith communities within the school and ultimately increase understanding between people of religious and non-religious beliefs.
